Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Creative Trails Academy, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent experience for parents regarding fee payments, refunds, and cancellations. Please review our policy carefully before making any payments.

Admission & Registration Fees

  • All admission and registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Once paid, these fees secure your child’s enrollment and cannot be transferred to another student.

Tuition Fees

  • Tuition fees are payable as per the academy’s payment schedule.
  • Refunds for tuition fees will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:
    • Withdrawal due to medical emergencies (with supporting documents).
    • Relocation of family to another city/country (proof required).
    • Any unforeseen school closure initiated by the academy.

Cancellation Policy

  • Parents may request a cancellation of enrollment by submitting a written request to the administration.
  • If a child is withdrawn before the start of the academic term, a partial refund (excluding non-refundable fees) may be granted.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the commencement of the term.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited using the original mode of payment.
  • Any processing fees or administrative charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Absenteeism & Non-Attendance

  • No refunds or fee adjustments will be provided for absences, vacations, or missed school days.
  • Fees remain payable even if the child is absent for an extended period, unless withdrawal is formally requested and approved.

Program Changes & Cancellations by the Academy

  • In rare cases where Creative Trails Academy must cancel a program, affected parents will be offered a full refund or alternative arrangements.
  • If the academy is forced to close temporarily due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government-mandated closures), tuition adjustments or online learning alternatives may be offered instead of refunds.

Dispute Resolution

  • If a parent disagrees with a refund decision, they may submit a formal appeal in writing.
  • The administration will review the request and respond within 10 business days.

By enrolling your child at Creative Trails Academy, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
